The company’s “New Creation” program has transformed into “Curbside Theater”. Under the Curbside Theater umbrella, we first created a show called “All Those Kinds of Love”, which employs a small stage with two chairs and evolves every season with new pieces and stories. Every June between 1996 and the pandemic, SB Dance presented an original creation– dance-theater, multi-disciplinary pieces, musicals and operettas, and strange brews of all these forms. Themes return now and again. Occasionally there’s a compilation. We push in new directions, don’t take ourselves too seriously, and invite you to enjoy the mystery, humor, and passion as much as we do.
