Post-pandemic images are at our Curbside Theater site here and by photographer Paul Christean.
This Vimeo showcase is a good overview with reels, speed choreo pieces, and other looks at what we’re doing and are up to.
Favorites from random pre-Curbside shows are below. Most are by John Brandon, and some by Paul who began shutterbugging in 2018. Their work was the subject of a 20-min photo installation that was presented as part of Fest Salt Lake Stages 2020.
All Saints Salon (2016)
Back to the early days of immersive theater! A group of 80 was led through the theater complex by Persphone and her sisters as they unraveled the mystery of what happened to an overly curious audience member.
The Pushers (2017, 2014)
A show about artists and society, from the 80s New York dance scene devastated by the AIDS crisis to the marriage equality battles of the Obama years.
Cannibal: A Love Story (2014)
Based on a true story about consensual cannibalism, this show was a “jazz noir opera” with an original score played live.
Sleeping Beauty (2019)
This version was a cycle of retellings, each one with a different ending for the passive princess, until she wakes up to control her own destiny.
